THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY IS INVESTING UP TO $2 MILLION OVER THE NEXT TWO YEARS IN AN ARKANSAS ENERGY-EFFICIENCY PILOT PROGRAM THAT OFFICIALS HOPE EVENTUALLY WILL BE REPLICATED NATIONWIDE.
