NOT EVERYONE IS GLOWING about the rapid expansion of Bath Junkie Inc. of Fayetteville. Since launching its campaign to franchise stores in 2000, Bath Junkie has added nearly 50 locations nationwide. In Texas, 11 stores are scheduled to open soon, adding to the 13 shops currently scattered across that state. Some franchisees are thrilled with the results. Others feel they were misled about how profitable the stores could be and have sued the corporate office for fraud and breach of contract.
